Equipment: Medicine Ball
- Hold a medicine ball with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
- Explosively press the ball overhead then immediately slam it to the floor by driving the ball downward.
- As you do so, follow the ball with your body, ending in a low squat position with your head up and your body in a low squat.
- Scoop the ball up on the first bounce and explode upward, driving the ball back overhead and fully extending body and arms before performing the next repetition.
Increase the weight of the medicine ball being used.
Decrease the weight of the medicine ball being used.
