Equipment: Medicine Ball
- Start in a standard push-up position with a medicine ball positioned underneath your chest.
- Place your hands on the medicine ball. Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders. This will be your starting position.
- Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ball, making sure your elbows are tucked close to your sides.
- Pause, then push yourself back to the starting position. This is one repetition.
