Equipment: Chin-Up Bar
- Start by hanging from a chin-up bar with your shoulders glued to your ears.
- Pull your thighs towards your chest and swing your toes toward the bar, keeping your legs straight.
- Continue until your toes touch the bar or pass through your arms before slowly controlling your legs and body as you lower back down.
- Keep the head and neck through your shoulders throughout the entire movement
Slow each movement down so you are engaging your core for longer.
Only raise your legs half way
