Target Area: Lower Body
- Position yourself on one side of a bench or chair.
- Place your hands securely on the outside of the bench for stability.
- Jump over the bench, keeping your hands in the same position.
- Jump back over to the other side, repeating the steps above for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Increase the height of the bench used. To increase the intensity of the movement, increase your pace.
Slow the pace down and lower the height of your bench.
