Cable Lateral Raise

Target Area: Upper Body 

Equipment: Cable Handle Attachment, Cable Machine

  1. Position the cable pulley and cable handle attachment to be low at the bottom.
  2. Stand with a tall posture, hold the handle directly in front of you, or slightly to your side and ensure your palm is facing inwards.
  3. Slowly pull the cable away from your body at approximately 45 degrees with your torso. Ensure your elbow remains higher than your hand.
  4. Slowly lower the cable back to the starting position. This is one repetition.

INTENSITY

Increase

Increase the weight on the machine or number of repetitions

Decrease

Decrease the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.
