Triniti’s Banana Cinnamon Protein Pancakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup Skim Milk (or milk of your choice)
- Squeeze of Honey (or choice of sweetener)
- Dash of Salt
- Toppings of your choice (Triniti used banana, honey, walnuts, noshu white choc nibs and icing sugar)
METHOD:
- In a bowl place the dry ingredients then add the egg, milk and honey and mix together.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan or slightly greased pan and cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until little bubbles appear.
- Serve in a stack or individually and add toppings.
Please note: Triniti uses Happy Way protein powder during her pregnancy because it is all natural and organic with no hidden nasties - however you should always check with your caregiver before consuming any form of supplement whilst pregnant.
