  • Ensure your goals are achievable
  • Your goal should be realistic and relevant to YOU
  • Goals should be time-specific

Develop micro-goals

If you have a large goal, try breaking it down to micro-goals. This way you won’t put so much pressure on yourself. Small goals that are confidence-building goals will give you a sense of achievement once completed and motivate you to carry on.
