To help you navigate through these advanced goal-crushing features, and to use the app to its full potential, below we’ve answered 3 of the most popular questions from our BODSquad community!
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING LIST?
- Select a recipe from your daily Meal Plan, or from the RECIPES section within the NUTRITION ZONE dropdown.
- You will be presented with all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Select the ingredients you wish to add to your shopping list and then scroll down to click ADD SELECTED TO GROCERIES.
- Your selected ingredients will now appear in your SHOPPING LIST.
- Ensure you manually tick the items you'd like to add before hitting 'ADD INGREDIENTS TO GROCERIES’.
- EXPORT your shopping list however you choose.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY MACRO BREAKDOWN?
- Tap on ACCOUNT DETAILS in the navigation menu
- Select PROFILE
- Select MY MACROS
- Fill out the questionnaire as honestly as possible to receive the most accurate macros then select GET MY RESULTS
- Your new macro settings have been saved and will reflect within your daily dashboard
I'M READY TO PROGRESS, HOW CAN I SWITCH PROGRAMS?
- Tap on ACCOUNT DETAILS in the navigation menu
- Select PROGRAM
- Choose your desired program
- Note: your current program will be reverted to the new program from Day 1.

Great app overall but would love to beable to change the serving sizes in the app for the nutrition. Would also love to see the overall week in a table to see at glance if and where I’m repeating meals.
