Sled Push

Target Area: Lower Body 

Equipment: Sled, Weight Plates 

  1. Load a sled with the desired weight.
  2. Stand behind the sled and place your hands on the poles/bar.
  3. Bend over at the waist and begin exercise by driving your legs into the ground.
  4. Try to push the sled as fast as you can by driving your feet into the ground.

Increase

Increase the weight on the sled

Decrease

Use a lighter weight until you can progressively get heavier
