THE BOD founder Sophie Guidolin joined Larry and Kylie on The Morning Show to demonstrate the perfect five-minute workout that can be squeezed into your everyday - with no equipment required!

Ready to give it a try? Let’s go, sis!

SOPHIE’S 5 MINUTE WORKOUT

2 minutes (keep rotating as many times as you can):

  • 10 x air squats
  • 10 x pulse squats
  • 10 x jump squats

1 minute

  • High knees

2 minutes (keep rotating as many times as you can):

  • 10 x glute bridges
  • 10 x glute bridge kicks
  • 10 x hamstring walkouts
