What is THE BOD New Year, Best You 6-Week Challenge and when does it start?
THE BOD New Year, Best You 6-Week Challenge kicks off on Monday 18th January 2021 and runs for six (6) weeks through to Monday 1st March 2021.
THE BOD was created by Sophie Guidolin, a mum of four and IFBB pro bikini-model. This program is designed to help you transform your BOD by following results-driven meal plans and workout guides designed to be completed at home OR in the gym.
How do I enter?
To participate in you need to register here prior to the start date of the challenge, Monday 18th January 2021.
You will need to purchase THE BOD Nutrition & Training programs (Level 1, 2 or 3) here: New Year, New Bod programs now available.
create a BOD App Subscription via https://app.thebod.com.au/ where the new 6-week programming will be available from week commencing 18th January 2021.
Both offer gym and home workouts, meal plans and delicious recipes.

Follow Week 1-6 of your BOD Training Program (Level 1, 2 or 3) and remember to upload your weekly progress pictures at the end of weeks 1, 3 and 6 to keep track of your progress.
Is there a Facebook support group I can join for any questions I may have during the challenge?
You can join our exclusive Facebook support group HERE. where you will be supported and cheered on by the ENTIRE community including our resident coach, Sandy who is a qualified Personal Trainer, Master Coach and THE BOD team expert.
Do I need to have any gym equipment to participate in the challenge?
Yes, but minimal.
As you will be following THE BOD Nutrition and Training program, you will require equipment, but it is minimal. There are also Home workouts to follow if you would prefer. Otherwise, there are complete Gym workouts if you prefer to head to the gym.

When and how do I register for the challenge?
Registrations are open NOW and close Sunday 17th January 2021 at 11.59pm AEST.

What happens when the challenge is over?
Once the challenge ends on Monday 1st March 2021, you can continue on your health and fitness journey with the support of THE BOD.
We recommend making any changes to your app subscription ahead of time if you do not wish to continue your journey.
What prizes are up for grabs?
Good question! While we are not providing prizes for overall challenge winners this round, we will be awarding random prizes on your level of commitment over the 30 days by using official hashtag #THEBODchallenge to track progress, share your journey via Instagram.
Entrants will be required to submit a "before image" holding our official challenge sign which you can download here: Official Progress Sign. You will need to submit this prior to starting the challenge and then submit progress photos at the end of week 1, 3 and 6, including immediately after the challenge concludes.

Can I get a refund on the BOD App if I do not want to continue my subscription?
No as per our terms and conditions we do not offer refunds on App Purchases: https://www.thebod.com.au/pages/terms-conditions. However you are welcome to cancel your app subscription at any time.
I purchased the new Nutrition & Training programs, does it include access to THE BOD App too?
No. Access to THE BOD App requires a separate subscription. You can sign up to a monthly or yearly subscription here: https://app.thebod.com.au
