THE BOD Autumn Challenge starts on Monday 18 April, 2022 and runs for 6-weeks through to Monday 30 May, 2022.
Yes, but minimal. Think dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands. However, if you don't have equipment for a particular exercise, we provide alternative exercises.
