Equipment: Cable Machine, Rope Attachment
- Start with the rope attachment attached to the highest pulley of the machine.
- In a standing position with a bend in your hips, allow your torso to be brought forwards and your hips to be positioned behind your heels.
- Grip the rope firmly and extend your arms until they straighten. Gradually widen the distance between your hands as you perform the exercise.
- Slowly raise the rope back up to the starting position. Ensure you maintain a strong posture throughout the exercise.
Increase the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.
Decrease the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.
