Step-Up Jump

Equipment: Bench

  1. Set up a stable bench at an appropriate height.
  2. Step up into the centre of the bench in one swift movement, leading with the working leg and do a small jump at the top before bringing the other foot back down to the ground. Perform for the number of prescribed repetitions before alternating to the other leg.

Increase the height of the step and add weight

Decrease

Master a Step-Up first.
