Equipment: Leg Extension Machine
- Start in a sitting position and press your hips firmly into the seat.
- Adjust the machine so that there is tension at your shins before applying any effort.
- Straighten your legs by extending your knees.
- Flex your knees and return back to the starting position ensuring you apply tension to the leg roller controlling your movement on the way down.
- This is one repetition.
Increase the weight on the machine or number of repetitions.
