Incline Push-Up

Equipment: Bench

  1. Start with hands shoulder width apart on a bench. 
  2. Lower yourself downward until your chest almost touches the bench, while your feet stay firmly put. 
  3. Straighten your arms back up to the starting position before you lower yourself down again. This is one repetition.

Increase

Use a lower bench or perform a Push-Up

Decrease

Move to a higher bench.
