Equipment: 2 x Dumbbells
- Squat down and grab your weight of choice. It can be any two objects of equal weight such as dumbbells, two full water bottles, two chairs or two books.
- Keeping the weight at your sides, walk in small steps for the prescribed distance.
You can perform the exercise with a heavier weight. Ensure the weight used is easy to grasp.
Use a lighter weight until you can progressively get heavier.
