Equipment: Cable Handle Attachment, Cable Machine
- Position the cable pulley and cable handle attachment to your chest height.
- With your feet positioned shoulder width apart, reach across and grab the handle with both hands. Your arms should be fully extended and straight.
- In one motion, pull the handle across the front of your body to your side while rotating your core and maintaining your stance and straight arms.
- Return to the neutral position in a slow and controlled manner. This is one repetition.
