Equipment: Not required

  1. Standing up straight, reach your hands out in front of you and place them on the ground.
  2. Moving one hand and one foot at a time, slowly move forward. Alternate both hands and feet simultaneously and perform for the prescribed time or number of repetitions.

Straighten your legs out as far as they will go.

Decrease

Release the stretch on your hamstrings.
